Many parts do not make a form by themselves. One consistent angle gives every scale its place; layer by layer, the structure closes. We call this philosophy Phyllo: structured growth made visible.

The figure

A cone, not a constellation.

The figure is built as a pinecone: overlapping scales arranged around a tapered axis by one repeating turn.

Each new scale advances up the central axis and turns by the golden angle, about 137.5°. A tapered envelope gives that sequence its silhouette: narrow at the stem and base, fullest just below the middle.

The geometry is projected in depth before it is drawn. Far scales establish the volume; near scales close over them as small shields. The amber 13 / 21 accents reveal two of the spiral families already latent in the placement rule.

Scroll controls assembly state, not playback time. The lower scales find the axis first; successive layers travel along their helical paths, overlap, and finally tuck into one form. Reverse the scroll and the construction reappears.
